Someone paid for Sublime Text 3 for me with my correct email and name and It hasn’t arrived yet. I was just wondering how long it takes.
How long does it take to receive the key?

It’s generally immediate - check your spam folder, and shoot an email to sales@sublimetext.com if you don’t have any luck there

I still haven’t gotten the key, i sent a email to the sales email address. I also tried the retrieval page but it says there was no record of my email address.

Apparently my friend had some issues with payment method of choice, I end up buying it myself 
It did arrive instantly after purchase!
So problem is solved!
