How do I stop ST from randomly assigning class names to my new files?

Whenever I create a new file it puts some class name in brackets next to the file path and I don’t even have any of that in the docs folder. Like maybe a couple years ago I had a PizzaFactoryMethod I might’ve opened with Sublime but I don’t even have those project files anymore. Why does it keep showing it there / how do I stop it?

Is there a lingering sublime profile in this file location ? What happens if you open in Safe Mode

Does Project > Edit Project do anything, or is it grayed out?

Thanks - this indirectly fixed it.
I didn’t realize project folders were a thing.
Edit Project was greyed out, but Project -> Remove all folders from Project got rid of it.
