How do I stop ST 3 from being my Git commit msg editor?

On Windows 8.1 64-bit, ST 3 3059, ST has registered itself as my Git commit message editor, and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to replace it. How can I replace it with another for editing Git commit messages?

Maybe because the GIT_EDITOR environment variable has precedence and is set to launch Sublime?
