hey, I recently installed packet terminus and I was wondering if there is a way I can put the terminal in another window

Why not use a standalone terminal emulator if you want terminus in a dedicated window?

Terminus allows you to open either in a panel (as in case of your screenshot) at the bottom or in a new tab. You could open a new window and have the only tab it contains be a terminus tab and thus have a “terminal in another window” but at this point, as mentioned above, I’d question why you can’t directly use an external terminal.
