How do I pull from upstream?

The interface is quite confusing and there is no documentation as far as I can tell. How can I select a remote to pull from?

When pushing it lets you select a remote but not when pulling as far as I can tell.

on the left bar (ctrl+k,ctrl+b), select the remote you want and pull or fetch

I don’t have a pull option. Only fetch.

Ah yes, but you can select the branch and says merge remote/branch_name to branch_name
