I read another topic that mentioned package control, but reading it was confusing as fuck. Is there a simpler way of installing themes that doesn’t require 50 steps?

It’s a single menu item to install package control: https://packagecontrol.io/installation and it’s a menu item + a command to install a package: https://packagecontrol.io/docs/usage.
