How do I disable another snippet firing when I hit tab to jump next position

But not entirely. I’d like to have ctrl space to bring autocompletes, or even better, have them shown. But tab won’t insert it, instead it jumps. To insert, I have to press enter when I want to insert a snippet inside of a snippet. Tab for only jumping from $1 to $2 to etc. That’s what I want.
