How do I create an Ocaml build (or witn an other language)?

Hello,
I’m looking to use Ocaml on Sublitext 3 but I have absolutely no idea how to create a build (either on this language or another one). So I hope you can provide me with the information I need to complete my project.

Set the correct syntax (click on syntax list in bottom right corner - there are several Ocaml variants so choose the correct one). Save the file when finished, then just build it. Automatic build should work, but if it doesn’t, then choose the correct build CTRL-SHIFT-B). I don’t know or use OCaml, but that is the general procedure.

the problem is that there is no ocaml build already integrated. So the question is how to create one.

Thank you for your answer the video is very interesting. The problem comes mainly from ocaml which doesn’t do anything to facilitate the task of its users (at least beginners) …

You will need the Dune build system and the Language Server Protocol. LSP is available for Sublime Text in extensions. It looks like a difficult language to set up, if not to learn. Perhaps this will help.
