I am trying to increase the text size in the menus in Sublime 3, anyone got an answer, please. Or does the developers have to do this, I tried Preferences >settings but they don’t seem to give a user option, the packages are ok, just the menus/tabs text are too small thank you

This is responsibility to the theme.
You can use Meetio that allow the possibility to change the font size of sidebar and other options.
