How can I recover unsaved session?

I don’t know for some reason why I lost all unsaved session. It never happens before.
Plz help me restore the lost data.

I’m a macos user. I checked the path(/Users/xx/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3). Find all sublime_sessions, but these sessions too small, it can’t be my lost data.
How can I find it ?

You can’t. If the session got currupted all contained data is lost.
