How can i debug and modify this problem?

when i opened the text of GBK code, it presented the messy code of the message for operating ctrl+b (it did not appear when use UTF8 )

Note Sublime Text doesn’t have GBK support, that’s likely supplied by a plugin. Similarly ST assumes (much like most terminals do) that output in in UTF-8.
