Two major horizontal scrolling bugs in the diff section:

When I’m at the bottom/middle chunks, scrolling horizontally (Shift+Mouse wheel) also scrolls vertically

At the top, when reaching the end (right-most section) horizontal scroll starts to scroll down instead of just stopping
