Nope, Sublime isn’t available for iOS.
As a side note, after watching the event last night I’d love Sublime on an iPad Pro

I’m using Sublime on iPad via remote desktop. Works impressively well, but sure - an iOS version would be great. That said, using remote desktop is insanely fast even over LTE, and it means I always have the full development stack available. Highly recommended.
