Hide `Open Git Repository` when Sublime Merge is not installed

Would you please give users an option to hide functions relevant to Git Integration?
For example, Open Git Repository, File History, Line History, etc.
I know it’s a good marketing strategy to promote your Sublime Merge, but it’s very annoying when users already decide not to install that software.

You can set the "sublime_merge_path" setting to null to hide integrations.
