HexViewer in Sublime text portable

Hi EveryOne,

i use sublime_text_build_4169_x64

I m here because i m trying to use the package HexViewer on Sublime text the portable version.
And as recommended i do

ctrl + shift + p

but i can’t find it …
Does anyone hace a solution ?

Do you see any errors in the console (View > Show Console)?
