Amen @natebeaty.
One may not agree with some of Jon’s choices or aspects of development approach, but ST is fast, stable and a daily driver for virtually all my development tasks. Although Atom, Brackets and the like are making progress and certainly have some features lacking in ST, the same can easily be said in reverse. For me, these alternatives are too slow and/or unstable for high-volume development work. Of course, everyone is free to reach their own conclusion.
Jon is well aware of the “big features” that could further elevate Sublime and the bug-tracker is doing a great job of making known all the little bugs and niggles with the product. My only wish is that some attention would be given to addressing some of the longer-standing issues, many of which should be quite simple fixes. Again, they aren’t a showstopper for me; if they are for you feel free to switch.
This thread should be abandoned.
