Grid layout - 2 cells dissapear on start

When I use grid layout with project
on every start of ST3 I experience that cell
2 - row 1 - column 2
3 - row 2 - column 1
disappear
so I lost last edited tabs on those cells.

How can I debug what happens?

Do you have any packages installed? I’d start by disabling all third party packages and see if the problem persists.
