Goto symbol settings in own .sublime-config?

Hello,

I saw in the changelog that references were removed in the Goto symbol window so I thought: Why not give the option to add them for each project – if liked – via a custom .sublime/.sublime-config file?

I’m not sure that there’s an use case for it, the Goto Symbol in Project was always intended to go to definitions, it was a bug that references crept in there recently.
