Goto Definition should default to currently opened file if exists

When I right-click on a function and click Goto Definition, and the function is defined in the current file somewhere, but also in another file, it doesn’t default to showing function location in current file. Sometimes I don’t notice and begin editing, only to find out its the same function name in another file.
I want it to default to the current file, show place in current file (if exists, of course), and the function definitions in other fiiles be listed after.
