Goto definition not working properly for C files in ST3

Goto definition for some structs definitions is not working properly in C files.

Steps to repro:

1. downloaded code from openvswitch.org/releases/openvsw … 9.0.tar.gz
2. Open a file say netflow.c
3. go to line 122
4. put cursor on ofexpired and press F12
5. Five options are shown in overlay…
6. First four options are about use of ofexpired and not the definition
7. Only the last option the actual struct definition of ofexpired
