This is a really specific request but when I type something into the “Goto Anything” (⌘P) palette when no files are open and then clear it the palette closes. This is different than how most interfaces of this type handle the interaction, including the behavior when a file is open, and it throws me off because when the palette closes I keep typing (expecting it to stay open) and it just puts junk into a new document which I then need to discard. The most common flow I hit this with is “open project, hit ⌘P to go to a specific file, oops mistyped it, ⌘A, delete, type new filename” and Sublime Text will close the palette after I hit delete and dump the “filename” into a new document.
