Go To Definition not going to #include?

I’m not sure if this is a bug or not. I seem to recall hitting f12 with the cursor on a #include “some/include/path.hpp” would attempt to take you to the file? Currently, it’ll simply try and take you to any “symbol” parsed under cursor location.

Was this the behaviour before?

AFAIK the core behavior has always been to take you to the symbol under the caret - maybe you had a third party package installed that was overriding this?
