Git integration missing in build 3188

#1

Thanks for the new dev build of Sublime Text! I always get excited to see what’s in new releases and the diff display in the gutter looks really sharp.

I’ve been loving the git integration that was built into the last release- really handy to see git status in the file tree and the status bar item that let me open Sublime Merge has become a handy part of my workflow. However, in the new dev build both of these features have disappeared :open_mouth:! Is there a setting or something I can turn on to get them back? I’m on OS X Mojave

I don’t use Git so I am happy that these features are missing in this release.
I had problems with folders in the sidebar in Build 3187. This seems to have been fixed in this build.

I am running 3188 on macOS and see the features working.

We do not enable git integration on 32bit builds (Linux and Windows), but that doesn’t affect macOS.

Thanks for checking Will. Are there any settings related to git integration? I scanned the Default Settings file but didn’t see anything.

Yes, the default settings includes: "show_git_status": true,.

Sweet thanks. I added that to my User settings and that got it back!
