Functions/Classes/Methods in side bar?

A feature of Geany is the side bar which can show functions/methods/classes in the open file. I am attaching a screenshot.

Is there a plugin for Sublime to do this as well?

You can’t get it in a in the side bar, but you can press “control + R” for a list.
