Running DEV 3149 and 3150 and had the same thing happen.
Writing a TypeScript file, get to the point where a pop-up suggestion opens (pictured in grab), switch to Chrome, then switch back and the entire UI is locked. I then have to exit Sublime and restart (I can exit though menu though, force quit is not necessary) or try mashing the keyboard a little 
Console wouldn’t allow me to copy text so had to grab the error. Does this problem sit with the TypeScript package or Sublime?
