It would be amazing if a phantom could support form style input. Being able to dynamically adjust the visualization of an image in an org ducument, support column mode like in emacs in an org document, have input fields in my agenda view for filtering.
These would all be amazing tools.
I think the best thing as of now would be to open an enhancement request over on the issue tracker
and describe in detail how you would put such a feature to use (which will help the dev’s in triaging & prioritizing it)

It is but I believe a feature request over on the tracker will be better because the dev’s are actively tracking the issues over there (and hence has better chances to come within their purview)
