Following redo changes in the editor

#1

In the past it hasn’t been the biggest deal but lately it’s been driving me insane.

The editor seems to run into some major issues when traversing redo changes. It tracks undo just fine, and by that I mean when you hit undo it will move focus to where the change occurred. However, it doesn’t seem to do the same while redoing. It makes it rather difficult to see exactly what was redone when editing a file.

For instance, right now I messing around with a color scheme and I’m constantly messing around with changing colors and comparing different changes. Whenever I go to redo a change the editor doesn’t move the focus to where the change was made and it’s very difficult to keep track of things.

Agreed…I get kinda irritated when I hit redo and it scrolls the buffer to someplace away from the change
It’s mostly just a nuisance, but it would be nice to be rid of it.
I’ll try to pay more attention to the conditions it takes for it to happen and report back…
