Hello,
Just cloned repository github.com/discourse/discourse# and tried to open it via Sublime. All shows well except following folders, app/assets/javascripts/discourse (admin). (They expand as empty folders)
If I try to open it directly, all works well.
Tested on both 2 & 3 versions.
