If I’m understanding correctly those are the native macOS tabs, which aren’t rendered by us. Do you have any other applications that make use of these to confirm whether this is an issue with Sublime Text or macOS?
I don’t know anything regarding “those are the native macOS tabs”, I just can say the issue happens in Sublime Text. I haven’t noticed this problem in other apps.
I’ve just noticed a similar white line appears in Terminal (it has black background) during switching between screens (w/ 4 fingers gesture, I use full-screen apps). However it has different behaviour:
I explored further and found it’s actual only when Appearance is Light (system-wide). It’s not actual in Dark. Will have to use the Dark mode until this annoying problem is fixed.
