Fix this PATH mess once and for all

Use a ~/.sublime file, it’s getting annoying, have to change my bash every week.

• If no ‘.sublime’ file make it work for sh/bash the simplest way possible (.profile).
• if ‘.sublime’ only use config from ‘.sublime’ users can source whatever they need.
