I have loads of packages installed. One of them gives annoying suggestions on Javascript files. Is there any way of finding out which one it is without the need of disabling them one by one?

No, there is no way for this currently.
I was working on a package that makes the process of finding a package providing or causing certain behavior but got stuck with a limitation on ST’s side and haven’t decided on a workaround yet. It will be added to the Troubleshooting package eventually.
