Find no longer opens in a new window

Sublime text 3 always presents the results of a find in a separate tab. Sublime text 4 presents the results in a small window at the bottom of the page that is too small to be useful. How can I change this performance

This button in Find in Files controls whether the results end up in a panel or a buffer; click it to change the setting.
