Find just one letter using find in folder feature

I need to find just one letter using find in folder feature.

I look for the letter r alone

Trying to find in the normal way list all ocurrences of r

How can i use regex to find the letter r alone ?

Maybe \br\b, ^r$, (^|\s)r($|\s) or something similar. They are different. There is no formal definition for alone.
