Find and Replace

I’m on Mac OS 10.8.3 and I’m trying to find and replace via the hotkey alt + command + F (So I can find and replace just in one open file)

Hitting Shift+Command+F gives me the “Where” input field. Which searches every one of my open files.

Do I just have a mental block or something?

What’s the problem…? Is the cmd+option version not working?
