How do I select codepage 865 for viewing and editing text files? Also is it possible to have some file extentions opened up in a specific codepage depending on the file path?

File > Reopen with Encoding, but I don’t think we currently support cp865 specifically.

Yes I have tried that but the cp850 or cp865 is not present. How do I load another cp?

I’d suggest making a feature request on the official issue tracker, there’s no way to load third party code pages.
