File icons not showing

Some of the default file icons for Sublime Text aren’t showing up for me. I’ve tried reinstalling Sublime but it didn’t do anything. What should I do to make it appear again?

Have you tried reverting to a freshly installed state ? Reinstalling ST won’t change anything. Maybe some 3rd party file icon package (or a theme perhaps) is not playing nice.
