File history and open in folder

Hello.
When we have commit, we can open drop-down menu from file https://i.imgur.com/b32gAti.png and get quick access to command “File History” and “Open Containing Folder…” . It`s very useful. But this command is not available when file is editing right now (changes not stage).
Can you added this commands when file in editing and have some not stage changes?
