File browser on left does not have scrollbar

It seems to have disappeared for me in Sublime Text 3, with all my projects the left file-browser panel does not have it’s own scrollbar. So if I expand some directories whatever is below the bottom of the screen is unreachable to open.

Any ideas what’s going on here? I searched quite a bit and couldn’t find anything relevant, but perhaps I’m using the wrong words to describe the issue.

After resetting my ~/.config/submit-text-3 directory and adding one piece at a time, I found out it was actually a user setting.

“overlay_scroll_bars”: “enabled”,

I enabled it so that there was no scrollbar next to the minimap scroll area, however apparently it also takes away the scrollbar from the file selection panel on the left (it should probably not do this, maybe a fix request?)

Overlay scrollbars: If you start to scroll, then the scroll bars will appear.
