Hi there!
First of all thanks for weekend gift - a new build!
I just thought that a little bit of feedback (or discussion) might be useful.
I like the new contents view and how it works (Although I was hacking on ESC more than once until I remembered the space-key ;-D ). But it is quite useful I think (Iāll have more time to test it next week).
Well, I really liked the look of the old presentation (click on the commit in the graph). The UI of the new list of files isnāt that elegant - but I guess it is more efficient.
Just three notes about it:
- remember the last selected file/location when switching back and in with space-key would be nice.
- maybe it would be helpful to make the filename bold (to highlight it and not get confused with the directory path)
- the old way allowed me to show 2 commit contents (list affected files) ignoring commits in between. Not sure if I really will miss it.
One other thing I noticed and might be a bug: When staging a file in the āModified Filesā section the other files sometimes ādisappearā in the main view until I start scrolling down. On scrolling start they are immediately shown again.
Cheers and have a nice weekend!
Ps.: Canāt wait for the tabbed/multi-repo version
