Fedora DNF repo not working anymore?

Fedora user here. Was using the DNF repo until recently, but now the 3.1 is not getting picked up and the URL for it (https://download.sublimetext.com/rpm/stable/x86_64) is a 404?

Seems to be responding at https://download.sublimetext.com/rpm/stable/x86_64/sublime-text.repo. We don’t serve directory listings.
