Feature Request: Use Keybindings from ST Settings

#1

I have Italian Win 10 and Italian keyboard, which doesn’t have common used symbols like `, ~ and others, I’ve set Sublime Text keybindings to that these are easily accessible via shortcuts (eg, Alt+` for `) instead of having to use Alt-Codes to access them (which requires many more key strokes).

It would be quite useful if Sublime Merge could also import these settings automatically from ST, just like it imports custom syntax definitions for highlighting code previews.

I understand that most of Sublime Text settings are not portable directly to Sublime Merge, but if there was a way to make Sublime Merge filter the existing ST settings that are reusable in SM too, it would be quite cool, especially if further changes in ST settings would automatically be carried over to SM.

Maybe, just like now it’s possible to add specific OS names to ST setttings files, a new naming convention could be introduced to allow settings files that are shared between ST and SM.

Would that be possible in the future?
