[Feature Request] Lucky Link rework

1. Request

It would be nice, if someone reworks tiny (only 22 lines) Lucky Link plugin. Now LuckyLink is not worked.

2. Justification

Using the plugin reduce the time of find and paste links and faster write Markdown texts.

Yes, Google Search API is deprecated, but we have some alternatives, for example, free Faroo API.

3. Desirable behavior

User select $selected_text → user run command by trigger → user get result:

[$selected_text]($top_link_in_search_system)

For example:

I rewrite LuckyLink for Sublime Text 3. See KristinitaLuckyLink plugin description.

If anyone except me will use this plugin, I can add it to Package Control.
