It would be nice to be able to view all the commits that modified a specific line.

I was able to find the line history option in the file history view. In that case the request is more for an easy way to get to this view from other screens (e.g. context menu).
The workflow now seems to be to go into blame and find the commit that last changed that line, then go into file history and find that commit so you can select that line and get the history for it. (or type it in the search bar manually?)
