[feature] highlight changes

sometimes I copy paste lines to a very difficult to read document, it’d be nice to have a feature that hightlights where changes been made to the document, usually some color after the line number.

coming from notepad++, i found this feature which is enabled by default very useful.

I am just now editing a 5200 line javascript file and thought this would be nice to have as well +1
