Feature would simply note if a window was minimized or not during normal execution just like it saves data about each tab that is open. If Sublime Text is then closed, and reopened windows would appear as minimized just as they were before closing.
Today when Sublime Text is closed and reopened, all previous windows are opened and some need to be manually re-minimized by the user.
