I am new to Sublime and wonder if it is possible to use this text to insert new code:

footer>h5{Laracasts}+p{All rights reserved}

Anyone know how to do that?

You can use https://github.com/sergeche/emmet-sublime. I suggest using Package Control, which you can install from https://packagecontrol.io/installation and then search for Emmet.
