Failure install sublime text 3 on ubuntu 16.04 32bit os

failed the first line of install instruction:
when I use command: wget -q0 - https://download.sublimetext.com/sublimehq-pub.gpg | sudo apt-key add -, then the terminal showed “find no available OpenPGP information.”
is there any problem to install sublime text 3 on 32bit os? please let me know how can I solve such issues, thanks in advance.
