Fail to Run Sublime Text 2 T_T

I have problem opening sublime Text 2. Whenever I clik on the icon, there is a window popping out says “Error trying to parse file: Expected in C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 2\Packages\User\Default(Windows).sublime-keymap:3:1”.

I managed to find the “Default(Windows).sublime-keymap” file, but I don’t know what to do with it.

I’m not really good at computer. Hope someone can kindly show me a step-by-step solution to fix this problem.

BTW, I’ve tried uninstalling the software and installed it again, but still I can’t run the software because of the same problem.

(I’m not a native speaker, but I tried to convey the problem as detailed as I can.)

kinda tricky to give step by step instructions without seeing your keymap file. It needs to be valid JSON. You should consider using ST3 btw instead of ST2.

Thank you. I was worried that there might be compatible problems if I couldn’t uninstall ST2 completely. I still can’t remove it for there is still a ST2 folder in the AppData file, the files of which are not removable.

I just installed ST3 as you suggested and it works out. Thank you for your help. But now I wonder if there is a way to remove the ST2 throughoutly.
