Hello everyone, I tried install Sublime text 3 and packages arent’ functional… What’s wrong ? I’m going to send you some photos, where you can see more. If you need, you can ask me.

Image #1: Not an error per se, just telling you that you should restart sublime in order for things to work. I assume you’ve already done that.
Image #2: Nothing to worry about; package control does automatic upgrades of packages every so often, but is careful not to search for upgrades too often as that would slow things down. Starting sublime makes it want to check for updates (because in theory it could be days or weeks since you ran sublime last), but since it realizes it hasn’t been that long since the last run, it does nothing.
Image #3: I don’t know what you’re trying to get at, here. The command that opens package control settings?
Image #4: It’s telling you that your settings file is broken. That character that is being displayed in red is the part that it’s mad about. Looks like you have an extra closing bracket that you don’t need.
Image #5: Same as image #4; if you remove that extra character, all should be well.
