Error trying to parse settings on clean install

I just installed sublime text and whenever I run the app I get the error:
Error trying to parse settings: Expected value in Packages/User/SublimeLint.sublime-settings:18:49
How can I fix this?

it indicates the file has a problem at the 49th char on line 18.

yes but where is the file?

You can go Packages/ by “Preferences -> Browse Pacakges…”.

Or you can directly edit SublimeLint.sublime-settings from its settings menu…
“Preferences -> Packages -> SublimeLint -> settings”
